Spellbinders Shoreline Tutorial

Hello friends, I am sharing a Spellbinders Tutorial today - although it is far from summer in the Northern Hemisphere - Down Under it is summer - a heatwave infact!!  The Shoreline Die D-Lite seems the perfect one for me to use - we all love to head for the Coast in summer - come and join me...

Other : Liquid Glue;  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: E-Z Adhesive Runner, 3D Foam Squares; Imagine Crafts: Memento Bamboo Leaves, Teal Zeal, Dandelion; Espresso Truffle, Sponge Daubers, Teal Zealand white card stock; Want2Scrap: 72 Count - White Pearls


1. Cut/emboss one lighthouse and seagull using white card stock
2. Cut/emboss one sun using yellow card stock and one Mooring using light green card stock
3. Sponge inside the exposed areas of the lighthouse using Teal Zeal ink and a sponge dauber.
4. Sponge inside the wing of the seagull using Grey Flannel ink and a sponge dauber.
5. Sponge inside the exposed areas of the sun using Dandelion ink and a sponge dauber.
6. Sponge over the embossed mooring using Espresso Truffle ink and a sponge dauber.


7. Tear green card stock and sponge using the Espresso Truffle Ink pad across the card stock. 
8. Sponge the edges of the green card stock using Espresso Truffle Ink.
9. Tear 3 strips of blue card stock in varying thicknesses (to create the ocean)
10. Layer strips onto the card base as shown above.
11. Tuck the sun just under the top layer of sea.
12. Pop Mooring under the middle layer of ocean.

13. Pop seagull up onto Mooring using a 3D Foam Square.
14. Pop lighthouse up using 4D Foam Squares.
15. Add computer generated sentiment to  the top of the card
