This is my second Tutorial as a 2014 Artist in Residence for IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® - I am excited to be sharing some of the fabulous new Radiant Neon Inks with you - it is bright, lush and divine. I love the way it is so easy to use, applies easily to card and blends beautifully.
The Radiant Neon Inks instantly take me to beautiful summer days - they have that wonderful glow about them - this was certainly my inspiration for this card - they have created a beautiful skyline for these birds.
