Radiant Neon -Peace on Earth

I am excited to be sharing a card today using the newly released Imagine Crafts® / Tsukineko Radiant Neons - they are amazing and so much fun to create with, along with Fireworks!™ Craft Spray in Angel Pink.

They teamed perfectly with a stamp I picked up for $3 to create a card with a 'retro' feel.

The Crafter's WorkshopFifties Clock Stencil 6x6; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™ - E-Z Adhesive Runner; Sequins, Scissors.

This card is for the following challenges:

WordArt Wednesdays - Anything goes (must be uplifting, no dark images or themes)
