Air Tutorial - Tack 'N Peel

It is always exciting to see what is in the Happy Mail that arrives from Imagine Crafts/ Tsukineko - our boxes are always filled with such amazing products and each month makes me extend myself a little bit more - not always out of my comfort zone but definitely that little bit more than I would otherwise...

One of those products is the fabulous Tack N Peel - this stuff is amazing and can be used to help you make your own stamps with things you have lying around the house - this is exactly what I have done using some Corrugated Card that I have been saving FOREVER!

Preferred Promotional Partners:
Other:  Double sided Tape; white card; green card, Acrylic Block; BEACON ADHESIVES Zip Dry Paper Glue;  Foam Adhesive squares;  Want2Scrap - 72 Count - Light Green Rhinestones; Our Daily Bread Designs - Scripture Collection 1 stamp set; Corrugated Card

I have started by attaching the Corrugated card to the Tack N Peek as per the instructions - nice and easy - it sticks perfectly.

I have inked the Corrugated card using Imagine Crafts Versafine - Vintage Sepia, making sure it is nicely covered and stamped onto white card.

Next the card is cut  using the Labels One Spellbinders™ Nestabilities® using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine

Using the  Labels One as a Stencil sponge around the inside edges using Imagine Crafts Memento Dew Drop - Desert Sand.  Punch out a circle and use the negative as a Stencil and sponge using VersaMagic Dew Drop Thatched Straw followed by Mango Madness to give added depth.

Using the precut circle as a mask over the sun and apply VersaMagic Dew Drop- Summer Sky, using a Sponge Dauber - as shown below.

In green card cut one (1) Whimsical Tree Spellbinders™ Shapeabilities® Die D-Lites™ and adhere to the left of the sponged Die using glue.  Add some thin twine and a button as shown below.

I have finished off the card by stamping a sentiment from the Our Daily Bread Designs - Scripture Collection 1 stamp set, cutting it out using the A2 Distressed Edges Spellbinders™ Nestabilities®, using the Die as a Stencil and  Imagine Crafts Memento Dew Drop - Desert Sand.  before removing the car.  Both the Die cut image and sentiment to the card base and patterned paper using foam tape.  Finish by adding  Want2Scrap -72 Count - Light Green Rhinestones

  2. Linda- this makes me want to make up a nice blended drink and soak up the sun on the beach! And I would have never thought of using a piece of corrugate (cardboard) on the Tack N Peel to create the background texture = )
