Spellbinders Baby Bunny - Girl Card

Hello friends!  I am excited to be sharing a tutorial for Spellbinders today using another adorable Die from the Little Red Wagon Collection by Licensed Designer Debi Adams along with some gorgeous Dies  by Becca Feeken.  Baby cards seem to be one of the cards that peopple keep - they are a gift in themselves and are often a keepsake that becomes a treasure.

The card front has been cut /embossed using the Spellbinders Nestabilities Hemstitch Rectangles Etched Dies Venise Lace by Becca Feeken  and Authentique Paper. This has been popped up using Scrapbook  Adhesives BY 3L Crafty Foam Tape.  The card front has been popped up onto the pre-cut card base, also using Crafty Foam Tape.

Next cut/emboss white card stock using both the Filigree Frame and the Outer Layer, along with the Inner Frame Layer using light pink card stock.  Glue the pink Inner Frame onto the centre of the Filigree Frame.  Pop up onto the layered card front using Crafty Foam Tape.

I am sure you would agree that this Shapeabilities Some Bunny Etched Dies My Little Red Wagon by Debi Adamss so-o-o cute - as you follow along you will see how easy it is to put together. Cut emboss one (1) Head, one body and two (2) arms using Kraft card stock and one (1) Bow Tie using patterned paper and the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.  Adhere the head and arms to the body using double sided tape.

Colour the eyes using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed. Add any extra sponging once the Dies are removed eg. the ears and cheeks.  Adhere the Bunny to the centre of the layered die.  Glue a pink double seam binding bow to the left of the filigree frame and a Mulberry Paper rose to the centre of the bow.  Finish by adding trimming Want2Scrap Beautiful Bling Borders and adhering to each corner - also adding white pearls to each corner - as shown in the photo above.

Hello friends, thanks so much for visiting.  Christmas is officially 12 sleeps - it is approaching so fast - are you ready - we are nearly but there is always that last little something that sneaks in and catches you off guard - or is that just me!?! Wink:Wink!

My card today has been created using a Penny Black Inc. image from the Stitched Flowers clear stamp set - such a pretty floral stamp.  I have stamped the image onto white card stock and coloured it using Chameleon Art Products/Pens - I love the way these pens give such a great variation of colour in the one pen - so quick and easy!

The image has been cut/embossed using a Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics B and the  Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine – 6″ Platform. The Die has been used a s a stencil and sponged inside the cutting edges using Imagine Memento Inks in Summer Sky,  Dandelion and Rockmelon.  The sentiment has been stamped using Imagine Memento Inks in Rhubarb Stalk.

The coloured image has been popped up onto patterned paper cut/embossed using the Spellbinders Nestabilities Hemstitch Rectangles Etched Dies Venise Lace by Becca Feeken, using Scrapbook  Adhesives BY 3L Crafty Foam Tape.  The card front has been popped up onto the pre-cut card base, also using Crafty Foam Tape.

White card stock has been cut/embossed using the long trinket from the Shapeabilities Isadora Trinkets Etched Dies Venise Lace by Becca Feeken.  This has been sponged using  Imagine Memento Inks in Summer Sky,  Dandelion and Rockmelon and a yellow button adhered to the centre.  The Long Trinket has been glued to the top of the image layer.  A double narrow sheer bow has been glued to the bottom left corner of the image layer.

Spellbinders - Sunny Side up

Hello friends - thanks for stopping by!  I am back with another card using one of the adorably whimsical  Spellbinders Stamp and Die sets from the Love Set Match Collection by Licensed Designer Debi AdamsThis is the second card I have created using this set - you can see the first one HERE.

I have started by stamping the yolk onto yellow card stock, then die cut it along with the egg white, toast and bacon using the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine – 6″ Platform.  Details have been added using Chameleon Pens and Imagine ink with a blending tool.
NOTE: If you use thick foam for the toast, it will give the appearance of toast. Sponge around the edges with brown ink. Also, use a white gel/paint pen to add details to the bacon.

The Notebook Border Stamp Set Happy Grams #4 Collection by Tammy Tutterow  has been stamped onto white card stock using Imagine Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.  This has been fussy cut/hand cut out using scissors, randomly sponged using Imagine Radiant Neon's in Electric Yellow and popped up onto a pre-cut yellow card base. The sentiment has been stamped onto the lower portion of the card front using Tuxedo Black ink.  A few random splashes of yellow and white paint have also been added to the card front.

The utensils from the 'coming soon' Die D-Lites Weekend Grill Etched Dies have been cut using black card stock.  The bacon and egg have been layered onto the toast and then popped up onto the plate created using the Nestabilities Standard Circles SM Etched DiesThe layered Dies have been glued to the top portion of the card front.

Some People Feel the Rain

Hello friends - thanks so much for stopping by - it is always lovely to know that you have been.  Today I am sharing a piece I have created something  little out of the norm for me (or is it!?!)

I have used a stamped image I was given a long time ago and stamped a Close to My Heart Sentiment (borrowed from a friend) using Imagine Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.  I have sponged the background using Memento Inks in Desert Sand, Summer Sky and a light touch of Espresso Truffle. The sponged background has been splashed with stamp cleaner to get this effect - I usually use water, but am loving the depth of the 'spritz' using Stamp cleaner.

I am not sure if I am going to turn this into a card, journal or add it to a canvas - or even a layout  - but there is lots of time for that - what do you think?
