Flourishes My Funny Valentine

Hello everyone - I could not resist sharing a card created using Flourishes set called My Funny Valentine illustrated by Lauren Pope, it is perfect for so many more occasions.

My Funny Valentine

The image has been stamped onto Flourishes Classic White card stock using black ink and coloured using Chameleon Pens.  It has been fussy cut/hand cut using scissors popped up using  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares. The sentiment has also been stamped onto Flourishes Classic White card stock using black ink and die cut using a heart die.  The inside has been sponged using pink ink and a sponge dauber.  This has then been popped up onto the image using 3D Foam Squares.

Layered Dies are a perfect background for this whimsical image, along with Want2Scrap Bling and some pompom trim - and pearls - yes there has to be pearls! - who says you cannot mix whimsical with elegance!!

Hello friends, today I have a card to share using one of the New Release sets from Flourishes lc - called Endearing Roses - who doesn't love roses?! I have also used one of the sentiments from the Small Words of Love and Kindness stamp set.  While the sentiments are small, they add a the perfect touch to a card that is from the heart.

The image has been stamped onto Flourishes Classic White card stock using black ink and coloured using Chameleon Pens.  It has been fussy cut/hand cut using scissors popped up; using 3D Foam Squares on each end  onto Authentique Paper Authentique Paper which is available in the Flourishes LC Store.  The patterned paper has been die cut using the Tailor-Made Classic Keyhole Die Set .

The sentiment from the Small Words of Love and Kindness stamp set has been stamped using the wonderful new sentiment sets using Tuxedo Black Ink and cut/embossed using the Tailor-Made Classic Keyhole Die Set . The Die has been used as a Stencil, sponging Delicata in Golden Glitz and a Sponge Dauber.  It is then popped up onto the layered image using 3D Foam Squares.

Recycled - Nature's Beauty

Hello friends - today I am sharing a card using recycled packaging as my patterned paper - from my DD1's tea cup - I am sure you would agree it is too pretty to throw away.

I have popped up a white Die cut from the Spellbinders Fairmont Labels using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.  The bird from Fiskars has been stamped using  Imagine Crafts Memento Ink in Teal Zeal.  This has been popped up onto a precut card base using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.

A strip of Yellow Braid has been glued along the base of the patterned layer, three buttons have been glued to the braid and Want2Scrap white pearls have been adhered to the centre of the buttons.  Nice and easy but so pretty - we have so many items that we can recycled - I love the uniqueness of this card - and if you are wondering - the cup is the same pattern and just as bright and pretty!
